Reshaping Flaws with Abdominal Liposculpture

Are you tired of exercising and dieting without seeing any changes to your shape? Nearly every fitness infomercial or magazine leads us to believe that we are only 90 days from the perfect body as long as we do a million perfect sit-ups and by eating minuscule portions of broiled flavorless chicken breast.

Your personal trainer would most likely prefer to see you sweating it out over the next 3 years, but that is not necessary for most people. Abdominal Liposculpture/Liposuction is a procedure that can be performed safely under local anesthesia while providing results that can be much more dramatic than exercise or dieting. At Pacific Liposculpture, we specialize in awake liposculpture procedures using micro-incisions through the skin.  These procedures provide great patient safety, minimal downtime, and dramatic results.

View before and after photos of Pacific Lipo patients. All before and after photos shown are of actual Pacific Lipo patients and each procedure was performed by Rod Davis, PA-C (Physician Assistant-Certified). Rod Davis is a licensed and certified PA as well as Pacific Lipo’s Director of Surgery. He has performed over 15,000 liposculpture procedures.

If you or a loved one are interested in abdominal liposculpture, love handle and flanks liposculpture, thigh liposculpture, chin liposculpture, back bra liposculpture, pubic liposculpture, buffalo hump liposculpture, or male chest liposculpture, please contact Pacific Lipo in San Diego, California for a complimentary consultation at (858) 427-8899. Real People. Real Reviews.

Finally made the decision to have procedure done after many years of body image issues.  So glad I chose Pacific Lipo!  Rod is a master at his profession.  I felt very comfortable throughout the process from the first consultation to my last followup.  I would not have gone through the procedure, nor would I be giving such high ratings if I didn't feel comfortable with the staff at Pacific Lipo.  I can finally wear cute summer dresses now that I have a waist again ...Thank you!  - D.A. from San Diego, CA

Products To Avoid

There are products known to thin the blood, slowing the clotting process.  Other products are potentially harmful because of MAO (monoamine oxidase) inhibitory effects.  Some have the effect of lowering serum potassium levels, which can cause abnormal heart rhythms.  Some products impact the liver when general anesthesia is used.  Therefore, starting two weeks before surgery and ending two weeks after, surgery, please do not use the following:

PRODUCTS CONTAINING ASPIRIN
Alka-Seltzer, Anacin, Ascriptin, Bufferin, Contac, Darvon, Ecotrin, Empirin, Excedrin, Fiorinal, Midol, Norgesic, Percodan, Triaminic Vanquish

NON-STEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY PRODUCTS
Advil, Aleve, Anaprox, Cataflam, Clinorial, Daypro, Dolobid, Duract, Ecotrin, Feldene, Ibuprofen, Indocin, Lodine, Medipren, Motrin, Nalfon, Naprelan, Naproxen, Naprosyn, Nuprin, Orudis, Oruvail, Ponstel, Relafen, Tolectin, Toradol, Voltaren

There may be other products that you may need to avoid.  Please contact the office before taking any medications two weeks prior and two weeks after surgery.

Acetaminophen (like Tylenol) is acceptable for headache and pain relief.

Arnica montana (homeopathic medicine) is acceptable for postoperative bruising and swelling.  If Arnica is used, please start after surgery as it thins the blood. Melatonin (hormone) 3mg is acceptable to use as a sleep aide after surgery. Take at bedtime.

DAY OF PROCEDURE
Eat a light breakfast and/or lunch on the day of your procedure; avoid caffeinated products such as coffee, tea, or energy drinks.  It is recommended that patients wear or bring loose and comfortable clothing the day of procedure.
