To say thank you, we would like to give back - Pacific Lipo is offering you the opportunity to receive free lipo in our state of the art facility located in San Diego, CA!  Our Director of Surgery and lipo specialist, Rod Davis, PA-C, has helped thousands of people reshape the way they live and we would love to help more. However, we understand that not every person can afford the cost of a well-done liposculpture procedure.  This is your chance to get the shape you want for free! Please follow the instructions below to enter into our contest.

Get Free Lipo With These Easy Steps:

1. REGISTER  Are you a good candidate for liposculpture?  Fill out our “Free Lipo Registry” form.  Be sure to list the best email address and phone number to contact you. A Patient Coordinator will get in touch with you and discuss if you're a good candidate for our procedures. As we expect a large number of contestants, please allow 24-48 hours to be contacted.
   
2. STORY   Include a short story or statement (500 words or less) about why you, a friend, or family member, deserve Free Lipo with Pacific Lipo titled “My Story for Free Lipo - contestant name here”.  Please attach a current photo as well.
   
3. PROMOTE YOURSELF   After speaking to a Patient Coordinator, it's now time to promote yourself! Post that same essay on our various Social Media pages and encourage your friends and family to like your story and comment on why you deserve it.  The more involved you become with Pacific Lipo and the more support your story has, the better your chances are of winning!

Once You've Been Deemed a Good Candidate, Here's Some Tips on How to Promote Your Free Lipo Story:

• Share your story on our Facebook wall, have friends support you by “liking” your story and commenting on why you deserve free lipo.  Include a picture to grab more attention.
  
• Post your Story on our Events page on the Pacific Lipo Blogspot. Your friends can reply to your post and comment on why you deserve free lipo.
  
• Go all out and take a video of yourself sharing your story and post it on YouTube with the title of your essay.  You can promote that link on our Facebook and have your friends vote not only on Facebook, but on your YouTube as well!

My Story for Free Lipo - Trina B.

Pacific Lipo is excited to announce Trina B. as our 3rd winner for our Free Lipo contest!  Trina has participated in our contest twice and has received a touching amount of support from her family and friends.  Trina has a story that many of our patients share.  She struggled with her military career due to her inability to stay within body standards.   Unable to change her shape with diet and exercise, Trina turned to Pacific Lipo for help.

Hello my name is Katharina, Trina for short.  I have always struggled with weight.  I was always ok with my looks, but always wished I weighed less like all my friends.  I guess it just ran in the family.  When I got older I decided to join the military to serve my country and do something greater with my life than the dental schooling I had just completed, something important.  I weighted a little too much to join, so all I ate was salad for about two months and ran every day.  I barely got down to my max weight for my 5’4” height which was 154 lbs.  I looked good but as soon as I went to boot camp and worked out so much that I needed the three meals a day they let us eat and ate what I could I gained a lot of weight again.  By the time I was done with my schooling I was back up about 15 lbs. M y whole naval career (which was about three and a half years) I struggled with weight.  I weight too much and every single time weigh ins came around I could pass my exercise portion but struggled with the weigh in and tape.  My problem areas got me every single time.  Of course I had to work out, and never ate a lot but still, I struggled with my weight.  IT was so depressing, and working around a bunch of male sailors I got teased a lot.  My husband who happens to just be in shape can tell me as much as he wants that I look ok, but it still hurts me.  I did exceptionally well in my navy years but eventually I got separated for failure to control my weight.  This happened about a month and a half ago, and was crushing.  I didn't give up, I still run every day and eat even better than I used to but still struggle.  I just don’t know what to do anymore besides try to live a healthy lifestyle.  I've given up everything I like and tasted good including alcohol.  This is very depressing on top of the discouraging fact that I cannot lose my weight.  If I could just get rid of the fat on my stomach and hips I could be happy, and I’m sure it would stay off since I live a pretty healthy lifestyle.  I hope you guys take my story in consideration.  My friends humored me a little, but it doesn't hurt to try now does it?

"I had my procedure done today. I was so nervous, but the entire staff made me feel like family and comfortable. They were also very helpful the entire time, constantly making sure that i felt comfy. During the surgery, Rod made sure i was ok and engaged in conversation with me to distract me from any discomfort i may have felt. Everyone is so friendly, but professional at the same time. All my needs were met, and they made sure i was ok before i left. One of the girls even helped me carry my stuff to my car :). My Story for Free Lipo - Dawn Klasen

Pacific Lipo is happy to announce Dawn Klasen as our winner for the free lipo contest!  Dawn had first inquired about the lipo procedure in January of 2012.  She was set and ready to come in, but found out exciting news that required her to postpone the procedure.  An active mother of 3, she has struggled to get her body back to a shape that lets her feel good about herself despite her regular exercise and Zumba activities.  Dawn works hard to provide for her family and reached out to Pacific Lipo during the Free Lipo contest hoping that she could finally treat herself.  Dawn, we are happy to help you reshape the way you live!

Hi everyone. I have never had lipo before but just entered to win the free lipo contest from Pacific Lipo :) I am a mother of 3 beautiful kids. I work 60 hours a week to provide from them. I exercise a lot and just can't seem to get rid of the baby tummy :) I teach zumba and even that will not rid the baby tummy. I am done having children and would really love to win this free lipo :) I have heard such wonderful things from the patients of Pacific Lipo and would be sooooo happy and excited to win this.
